Founder, Executive Director
LaToya Dwight, BBA, MSM, RHU, CHCC, REBC
LaToya Dwight, BBA, MSM, RHU, ChCC, REBC is a passionate fibroid survivor and women’s health advocate with a sustained commitment to advancing awareness, education, and equity in uterine fibroid care. Her work is influenced by both lived experience and a deep understanding of the systemic gaps that continue to impact women, particularly Black women, across the global healthcare landscape.

She is the Founder of The Fibroid Pandemic, a platform dedicated to elevating the conversation around uterine fibroids through education, storytelling, and community engagement. She also serves as Founder and Executive Director of the Pad The Pandemic Foundation, where she leads initiatives focused on eliminating period poverty and unnecessary hysterectomies, and expanding access to essential health resources for marginalized communities.

ADRIENNE THOMAS
Adrienne Thomas is a seasoned entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of experience building and leading successful ventures. She is deeply committed to philanthropy and has been actively engaged in community-based initiatives that promote meaningful and lasting change. Adrienne brings a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for service to her role as a board member. Her work reflects a steadfast dedication to empowering others and addressing critical community needs. Adrienne is adamant about creating positive impact through collaboration, advocacy, and responsible governance.

NICOLE NEELY
Nicole Neely is a Senior level Account and Program Director who plans and executes high yield initiatives that drive revenue, market leadership, client engagement and operational excellence. She is an agile and valued member of company leadership, promoted and appointed consistently to key company assignments. Skilled in initiating and nurturing relationships, both internal and external, that enable smooth, efficient and profitable delivery of services to clients. Her passion for service has directed her to lead many health and wellness focused community initiatives for underserved communities.

MONICA FENTON
​I am a senior digital health and employer benefits leader with over 20 years of experience across consultant relations, healthcare strategy, and large-scale benefits programs. I currently serve as Senior Director of Consultant Relations at Ovia Health by Labcorp, leading national partnership and engagement strategies to support growth and market expansion. My background includes senior leadership roles at UnitedHealthcare and the University System of Georgia, overseeing national employer accounts and a $500M health and pharmacy benefits portfolio.

LARONDA ZACHERY
Laronda Zachery is a dedicated entrepreneur, event professional, and community advocate who proudly serves on the board of the Pad the Pandemic Foundation/The Fibroid Pandemic, overseeing Vendor Partnerships and Event Operations. She is the owner of Lamontis Enterprises, LLC, Opulent Essentials Cumberland, and Opulent Images And More, where she combines creativity, professionalism, and strong organizational leadership.
Laronda also serves as Event and Stage Manager for events and productions including Mimosa Nchill, the Drive In Concert Series, and various Tailgate Party Committee events. In the entertainment industry, she is the Entertainment Manager for recording artist Erica Dawson and the live band Erica Dawson Exclusive.
In addition to her business and entertainment work, Laronda is a Mobile Notary Public, freelance photographer, and selfie photo booth provider. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor adventures such as fishing, hiking, camping, whitewater rafting, and skydiving. She also has a passion for live music, whether in an intimate lounge setting or at a large outdoor concert, and values quiet personal time spent watching movies, listening to music, and meal prepping.
